A lush herbal remedy shopping experience — with a back office that runs on AI-assisted systems.
Sassy Roots is a working product business: real inventory, real pricing decisions, real invoices, real customers to reach. It's also where the Solo Operator playbook was built. The customer sees a rich, warm shopping experience; behind it, the admin and marketing load that usually eats a solo founder's week runs through AI-assisted workflows instead.

A school with a public face and a private community — two experiences, one AI-assisted build.
The Rooted Wisdom is an education business with real structural complexity: a public site featuring workshops, retreats, and a zine, plus a logged-in community space behind it — and a calendar of programs that all need promotion. The kind of operation that conventionally takes a team, designed, built, and run by one person with AI as the staff.
